TH Detailing Ltd – Terms & Conditions
INTRODUCTION
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our Services.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses a Service. By accessing or using a Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Service/Services means any service provided by TH Detailing Ltd.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding our Services and supersede prior agreements.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. By continuing to use our Services after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
QUOTATIONS
All quotations are valid for 14 days unless the vehicle’s condition has changed materially (as determined by us).
PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the Service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments incur a 25% compensation fee added to your invoice.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. Cheques are not accepted.

If a booking fee or full payment was made online, a receipt is available upon request.
BOOKING FEE / DEPOSIT

All Services require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your appointment, payable within 48 hours of booking. Failure to pay will result in cancellation without notice.

For online bookings, the 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
By You:

Cancellations with 14+ Days’ Notice:

Deposit can be transferred to a future booking within 30 days (no refunds).

Cancellations with Less Than 14 Days’ Notice:

Deposit is forfeited.
-
Up to 100% of the agreed service cost may be billed and must be paid within 48 hours.

No-Shows:
-
Deposit is forfeited.

Up to 100% of the agreed service cost may be billed and must be paid within 48 hours.

Future bookings will require full upfront payment and are subject to our acceptance.

Rescheduling:
-
Requests must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment.

Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date to retain the deposit.

Rescheduling is subject to our availability.

By Us:
-
We will make reasonable efforts to complete Services as scheduled but may cancel or amend bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe weather, staff illness, equipment failure, or if the vehicle’s condition requires additional work).

Refunds of booking fees are at our discretion.
Exceptional Circumstances:

In cases such as medical emergencies or severe weather, we may, at our sole discretion, allow deposit transfers or waive cancellation fees.
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

Vehicle size is determined by manufacturer specification.

Customers must remove all personal and non-fixed items (including child seats) before Service begins.
INSURANCE

We maintain full insurance for vehicle storage, works in progress, and transportation, including £250,000 vehicle stock coverage.

Public Liability Insurance: £5,000,000.
-
Motor Traders Policy in place.
TIMESCALES & COMPLETION

Service times are estimates and may change due to vehicle condition, weather, or other factors.

Late customer arrival may result in booking rejection without refund.

Upon completion, customers must inspect the vehicle and report dissatisfaction or damage within 24 hours. After this, the Service is deemed accepted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except for fraud, personal injury, or death, our total liability is limited to £1,000.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or reputation.
WEBSITE CONTENT

All intellectual property on our website, blog, or documentation belongs to TH Detailing Ltd. Unauthorized use or copying is prohibited.
SMS/EMAIL MARKETING

You may receive messages related to inquiries, offers, updates, and review requests. To unsubscribe, reply "STOP" to the shortcode.
PAYITMONTHLY FINANCE TERMS

Finance is available for services up to £3,000, with payments spread over a maximum of 12 interest-free instalments.

All credit decisions are made solely by PayItMonthly.
-
TH Detailing Ltd acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for credit decisions.
-
Customers must be accepted for finance before bookings are confirmed or work commences.
-
Finance can only be used for services provided directly by TH Detailing Ltd; outsourced-only works are not eligible.
COMPLAINTS & UNSATISFACTORY WORKS
If you believe that the service provided is unsatisfactory or there is an issue with the work carried out, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion. All concerns must be raised directly with TH Detailing Ltd by phone or email.
Upon receiving your complaint, we will arrange for an inspection of the vehicle at our premises to assess the issue. No refunds or remedial work will be considered or provided without an inspection by us. We will not issue a refund without first being given the opportunity to inspect and attempt to rectify any issues ourselves.
Customer-provided photos are not required and will not be used to determine the best course of action. We will only make decisions after inspecting the vehicle in person.
We do not accept or act on advice, assessments, or information provided by third parties. If a third party has attempted to rectify, or has rectified, any suspected unsatisfactory work before we have inspected the vehicle, we will not intervene, provide compensation, or accept liability for any further claims related to the original service.
Please note: Service-specific Terms & Conditions may apply to your complaint or dissatisfaction, depending on the service you have booked. We encourage all customers to review the relevant Ts & Cs for their chosen service. If you require a copy, please contact us.
SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS & OUTSOURCED WORKS
Terms & Conditions are available for each individual service offered by TH Detailing Ltd. We encourage all customers to review the Ts & Cs relevant to the specific service they have booked. If you require a copy, please contact us.
For any element of your service that is outsourced to a third-party provider (for example, Paint Protection Film installation), TH Detailing Ltd will not be liable for the quality, outcome, or any issues arising from the outsourced work. In the event of a problem or dissatisfaction with an outsourced service, we will act as a facilitator and liaise with the third-party provider to seek resolution.
Any required reworks, compensation, or refunds relating to outsourced services will be pursued from the outsourced provider. TH Detailing Ltd will not be responsible for providing compensation or refunds directly for outsourced works.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Specialist Fees: Vehicles with mould or extreme dirt may incur additional fees for PPE and specialist products.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.
