TERMS OF SERVICE
INTRODUCTION
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Services.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses a Service. By accessing or using a Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Service/Services means (“any service provided by TH Detailing”).
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
QUOTATIONS

All quotations are valid for 14 days unless the condition of the vehicle has drastically changed or deteriorated, as deemed by us.
PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the Service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Late payments will incur a 25% compensation fee added to the invoice.

Payment methods: Cash, card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. Cheques are not accepted.

If a booking fee or full payment was made online, a receipt can be issued upon request.
BOOKING FEE

All Services require a non-refundable 50% booking fee to secure the appointment. This must be paid within 48 hours of booking; failure to do so will result in cancellation without notice.

Online bookings require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to be paid via our booking system at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Cancellations with 14+ Days’ Notice:

Your deposit can be transferred to a future booking within 30 days.

No refunds will be issued.

Cancellations with Less Than 14 Days’ Notice:

Deposits will be forfeited.
-
Up to 100% of the agreed service cost may be billed to you and must be paid within 48 hours.

No-Shows:

The deposit will be forfeited, and up to 100% of the agreed service cost will be billed.

Future bookings will require full upfront payment.

Rescheduling:
-
Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the appointment.

Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 30 days of the original booking.

By Us:
-
We will make reasonable efforts to complete Services as scheduled but may cancel or amend bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe weather, staff illness, or equipment failure).

Refunds of booking fees will be at our discretion.
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

Vehicle sizes are determined by the manufacturer’s specifications.

Customers must remove all personal and non-fixed items, including child seats, before the Service begins.
INSURANCE

We maintain Public Liability Insurance (£5,000,000) and a Motor Traders Policy for transporting, storing, and working with vehicles.
TIMESCALES & COMPLETION

Service times are estimates and subject to change based on vehicle condition, weather, or other factors.

Late arrival by the customer may result in the rejection of the booking without a refund.

Upon completion, customers must inspect the vehicle and report any dissatisfaction or damage within 24 hours. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the Service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability, except for fraud, personal injury, or death, is limited to £1,000.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business revenue, or reputation.
WEBSITE CONTENT

All intellectual property on our website, blog, or documentation belongs to TH Detailing Ltd. Unauthorized use or copying may result in legal action.

PAYITMONTHLY FINANCE TERMS

Finance is available for services up to £3,000, with payments spread over 12 interest-free instalments.

Approval is subject to PayItMonthly’s credit decisions. TH Detailing Ltd acts only as a facilitator and holds no responsibility for credit decisions.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Specialist Fees: Vehicles with mould or extreme dirt may incur additional fees for specialist PPE and products.
