How It Works:
Lanoguard is specially formulated to penetrate deep into rusted areas, reaching the metal beneath the surface. On highly rusted vehicles, it may look as if the product has “disappeared”—this is normal and means Lanoguard is soaking in to protect where it’s needed most by sealing the surface from oxygen and moisture, but it does not remove the rust that is already there. Because the formula is almost clear, the rust underneath may be still visible.
For vehicles with significant rust, we recommend an additional targeted application of Lanoguard Spray and Grease to these areas. This second coating provides enhanced long-term protection and results in a more uniform visual finish.

All arch liners and covers are removed to expose the underbody. A deep cleaning process follows, utilizing degreasers and wire brushes to eliminate dirt, grime, and old residues, ensuring a clean surface for optimal Lanoguard adhesion. Not many installers go to this extend to prepare your underbody for application.
Application of Moto Grease & Full Spray Treatment
Moto Grease is meticulously applied to critical areas, including weld seams, nuts, bolts, sharp edges, and mating surfaces, providing targeted protection against corrosion. A full spray treatment is then carried out across the entire underbody and wheel arches for complete coverage.
Internal Protection Injection
Lanoguard is injected into key structural components such as box sections, sills, subframes, slam panels, and the chassis. This internal treatment prevents moisture ingress and rust from developing in hidden areas.
Final Detailing & Finishing Touches
To complete the process, all door shuts, wheels, arch liners, undertrays and tyres are thoroughly cleaned and dressed. Glass surfaces are also cleaned and polished, ensuring the vehicle is left with a pristine, well-maintained finish. This step is often neglected by MOT stations and garages alike. Wheels are always torqued to manufacturers specifications.
