IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTENDING

Rules at TH Detailing Events

  • All attendees must enter and exit the estate in a responsible and considerate manner.

  • Maximum speed limit on the estate is 10 mph. This is strictly enforced for the safety of pedestrians and to minimise noise.

  • Reckless driving, including speeding, aggressive acceleration, or any behaviour that puts others at risk, is strictly prohibited.

2. Noise Management

  • Engines must be switched off immediately after parking.

  • Unnecessary revving, loud exhaust noises, pops, bangs, or any excessive engine noise will not be tolerated.

  • Music must be kept at a low volume at all times to avoid disturbing local residents.

  • Any attendee creating excessive noise will be asked to leave immediately.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Burnouts, donuts, racing, or any dangerous driving are strictly forbidden.

  • The estate is a private road with public access; all public road laws apply.

  • Any violations will be reported to the relevant authorities and you will be asked to leave immediately.

4. Parking

  • Park only in designated areas and do not block access to junctions or other properties.

  • Parking on the frontage of other businesses is permitted only if you move your vehicle immediately upon request by the property owner.

  • All vehicles must be parked sensibly and considerately.

5. Litter and Cleanliness

  • All attendees are responsible for their own litter. Please use the bins provided in the studio or take your rubbish home.

  • The estate must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

6. Consequences of Rule Breaches

  • Any attendee found in breach of these rules will be asked to leave immediately.

  • Persistent breaches may result in the introduction of paid tickets to cover the costs of traffic management at future events, or the cancellation of future events altogether in respect to our landlord’s requests regarding the concerns of other tenants and local residents.

These events are organised for free, for the benefit of the community – the costs are covered by Tom’s (the director of TH Detailing Ltd) own money. Please respect the estate, our neighbours, and each other.

Remember: Don’t be the reason these events end for everyone.

Thank you for your cooperation.
