How It Works:
Lanoguard is specially formulated to penetrate deep into rusted areas, reaching the metal beneath the surface. On highly rusted vehicles, it may look as if the product has “disappeared”—this is normal and means Lanoguard is soaking in to protect where it’s needed most by sealing the surface from oxygen and moisture, but it does not remove the rust that is already there. Because the formula is almost clear, the rust underneath may be still visible.
For vehicles with significant rust, we recommend an additional targeted application of Lanoguard Spray and Grease to these areas. This second coating provides enhanced long-term protection and results in a more uniform visual finish.
